Knock You From
ELEPHANT STONE The Three Poisons (V2)
When Canadian five-piece Elephant Stone first appeared, they did seem to be a sort of Indian Stone Roses tribute band baggy grooves interspersed with lashings of sitar. Two albums on and theyve found a sound of their own, which is hard-edged psychedelic rock, still with an Indian influence, but employing the sitar more sparingly. Theyre now more Tame Impala than Roses, and the better for it.
